It is a really nice nursing care facility in a great location in the heart of Dublin. All the staff and managers are very caring and helpful. They took great care of my mother. Their physical therapy department is the best. Also nursing and food staff are very nice. Overall, I would rate this place very highly.

Dublin Post Acute has made significant improvements in patient care and community involvement. Administrative team is approachable supportive.

Perfect location in dublin, beautiful building as well! Christine (rehab director) is AMAZING, the whole therapy team is amazing. Calm and “home” feeling! The admission director really makes you feel like family and feel valued.

There were a couple issues with my room but Boone was quick to fix them. It was alright at the beginning but ended great. There’s real potential in the people here.

This place is AMAZING. They took great care of my husband during his stay for therapy. He loved the food and everyone was super sweet. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Therapy here is outstanding. The team has created a healing and supportive culture beyond just Physical/Occupational therapy. The SLP team isn’t too shabby either 🤣🤣

Nursing doesnt have good nursing judgement to properly medicate pts in severe pain. Don’t send your hospice loved ones here.

We had a relative at this facility. We would not use it again. Facility often smelled, both the front lobby bathrooms and the patient’s hall. Housekeeping did not change pillow cases, even when dirty. Nurses tried their best. Most of the staff was friendly. I felt like they were trying to turn things around, but not there yet.

The food is wonderful A great variety Always hot and delivered on a schedule. The staff is wonderful and amazing, greatest thing in the world. Therapy is great!

Dublin Post Acute is truly amazing. My brother-in-law is currently a resident here, and my wife visits often—she always has nothing but great things to say. Every time I’ve visited myself, it’s been a positive experience. The staff are welcoming, and the care he receives is clearly top-notch. It gives my wife peace of mind knowing her brother is in good hands. Upper management does a great job addressing concerns and resolving them quickly. If any of my loved ones ever needed care or therapy, I wouldn’t hesitate to bring them here.
